The City of Houston Public Works and Engineering (PWE) Department has initiated a fire hydrant replacement project in the Kingwood Area that will be taking place over the next several weeks.  Sand Creek Village is one of the villages that will be impacted by this project.  See the attached notice for the details on this project.
