Sand Creek Subdivision has enforced deed restrictions. They were put in place as part of an effort to maintain uniformity of use and standards of appearance. On the whole, having good deed restrictions and consistent enforcement helps preserve property values and minimize unhappiness between neighbors over a particular use of a property.
If you receive a letter from our management company, that means they have identified some violation on your property, and are asking that you get it resolved. Most violations are easily resolved, often with simple yard maintenance, such as mowing, cleaning up your flower beds or edging. If you have a question, please call KAM at 281-359-1102. We will be happy to address any concerns or questions you may have. You can also present your problem or concerns at our monthly meeting. Failure to resolve the violations in a timely manner could result in legal action.
